A Beginner's Workout

Because Even Champs Start At Ground Zero

Here's a sample BodyForge workout designed for beginners.

This version is a home based workout, so you won't require access to a gym to do any of the exercises here.

The exercises are done using your bodyweight so you can easily do them outside in the park or even in your own bedroom.

Bigger and more frequent workouts will come with time, of course. 

Beginners need to make sure they perform the exercises properly and in a controlled manner.

Stick to learning good form first before thinking about doing anything more advanced.

So don't try anything nuts and don't think you're a superhero yet

And NO, seeing this stuff on a magazine or on YouTube is NOT friggin' enough - ASK YOUR COACH!
